Bridge the gap between a sample and a repeatable process
A successful prototype is one step in a development program. Scale-up planning also considers process repeatability, sampling, specifications, packaging compatibility and responsibilities for review and release.
Make responsibilities explicit
For each project, manufacturing location, legal entity, applicable permissions and delivery responsibilities need to be confirmed. Server location and the language of this website do not establish manufacturing origin or market authorization.
Quality documentation
A project documentation plan may include an agreed specification, batch certificate of analysis, material traceability, test methods and stability plan. The available documents and their public or confidential status should be agreed before supply commitments.
Packaging is part of product performance
Oral films and porous freeze-dried units can require protection against moisture and damage. Primary packaging, seal integrity, handling and transport should be evaluated for the proposed format.
Discuss a specific manufacturing brief
Share the intended format, quantity and units, target market, packaging needs and development stage. Capacity, minimum quantities and lead times are confirmed against the actual project; this demonstration site does not publish unverified plant or capacity figures.
What we consider
Process scale-up
Identify process information and evaluation milestones.
Quality & documentation
